Collections and drop offs will always be by a family member or one of our long term trusted employees. We have arranged collections from far and wide and are usually there to collect early, we would need to know the breed of the dog and information about the dog’s temperament. We would also ask that you do not feed the dogs immediately BEFORE PICK UP. On a journey longer than two hours the dogs will be given a drink and a half hour destressing period, a walk in one of our fields after arrival, followed by a little relaxation; the perfect way for handlers to get to know the client and vice versa.
